ZAGREB, June 11 (Hina) - Croatia will celebrate Statehood Day, June 25, in the country and 75 embassies, consulates and missions around the world by "offering at the Croatian table solely Croatian products", the Croatian foreign
ministry said Wednesday, presenting the "Let's Taste Croatian" project.

"The event is an expression of the lasting will of the foreign
ministry to present Croatia in the best possible way, not only
through political activities, but also by showing what this country
can produce," Foreign Minister Tonino Picula said.
The 750,000 kuna worth project was instigated by the foreign
ministry with the cooperation of the economy ministry, the Croatian
Chamber of Commerce, the Croatian National Tourist Board and
manufacturers.
The purpose of the event is to promote Croatian autochthonous food
products and beverages abroad, as well as to contribute to the
"Let's Buy Croatian" campaign.
