The so-called black list is actually the stand of the American
authorities, and competent authorities in Kosovo will take
adequate measures against all who pose a threat to security,
regardless of the fact whether they are on that list or not, the
UNMIK representatives added.
This is a decision made by the U.S. Administration, but it does not
entail urgent action to be taken by the UNMIK, said a spokeswoman
for the UNMIK, Isabella Karlowicz. She added that some of those from
the said list were already in UNMIK detention centres or were being
tried because of violations of law.
