ZAGREB, May 20 (Hina) - The suspended director of Buffer Stocks, Srecko Kramaric, said Tuesday he had not sold wheat from the Buffer Stocks, but exchanged old wheat from 1998, 1999 and 2000 with that from the 2003 harvest to replenish
stockpiles.
