The new bank will be the third biggest bank in Croatia with a market
share of some 10%, active assets totalling more than 15 billion
kuna, 116 offices and 200 ATMs.
The majority owner of Rijecka Bank, with 98.01% of shares, is Erste
Bank, while small shareholders own 1.99% of stocks.
