Belgrade's Radio B92 reported that the ministry had confirmed that
Ljajic had forwarded the decision to a competent court, the Serbian
interior ministry and the national committee for cooperation with
the Hague tribunal.
With the tribunal's agreement, the interior ministry will set a
date for Radic's extradition.
Radic surrendered to authorities in Belgrade on April 21.
