ZAGREB, May 12 (Hina) - Croatian President Stjepan Mesic on Monday received Slovene ultra-marathon man Radovan Skubic who delivered a note from Slovene President Janez Drnovsek, Mesic's office said in a statement.

note from Slovene President Janez Drnovsek, Mesic's office said in

In the note, Drnovsek says he firmly believes in the continuation of
friendly relations between Slovenia and Croatia to the benefit of
both countries' citizens and the strengthening of peace and
stability in the region.
Skubic will run from Slovenia across Croatia, Bosnia-Herzegovina,
Serbia-Montenegro, and Macedonia to Greece as part of the GEoss-
Olymp project, which promotes co-existence and peace. He will hand
the note from Drnovsek to the head of each state he crosses.
