by units of local government. Representatives of Vukovar-Srijem, Osijek-Baranja, Slavonski Brod-Posavina and Pozega-Slavonia counties held talks about this subject with justice officials on Tuesday.

Property Compensation and programmes adopted by units of local

Slavonski Brod-Posavina and Pozega-Slavonia counties held talks

They discussed the execution of a government decision which
authorises municipal prosecutors to reach settlements in cases
where the natural restitution of farm land is not possible.
Some 45,000 hectares of farmland are available for allocation to
farmers across the country and about 10,000 hectares in Vukovar-
Srijem County.
