A statement signed by the Rijeka County Court President, Veljko
Miskulin, says that Judge Saric informed the court presidency of
her decision today.
Bobetko's last wish was that Norac, who is serving a 12-year
sentence for war crimes in the Rijeka prison, attend his funeral.
