Fifteen members of the House of Lords toured the parliament
building. The group included the spokesman for the Conservative
Party, Lord Howell of Guilford, deputy speakers Lord Brougham and
Vaux and Lord Skelmersdale, and General Sir David Ramsbotham -- one
of the more prominent people who helped Croatia in its post-war
reconstruction.
