ZAGREB, April 18 (Hina) - The Heineken Adria d.o.o. company, owned by Dutch Heineken, issued an offer in Friday's dailies to purchase the remaining 510,448 shares of the Karlovacka pivovara brewery.

the remaining 510,448 shares of the Karlovacka pivovara brewery.

Heineken Adria already owns 351,760 of the brewery's regular
shares, 68.8% of the brewery's capital stock, which totals 204.5
million kuna (EUR5.8 million).
The Karlovacka pivovara capital stock was divided into 511,245
shares whose nominal value is 400 kuna each.
Heineken Adria currently holds 68.91 percent of the total number of
votes at the brewery's shareholders' general assembly.
