Bosnian Minister Mladen Ivanic said that the two countries'
cooperation did not reach its full potential but that this would
change in the coming period. "We expect to sign a free trade
agreement with Albania soon," Ivanic said.
Albania's Ilir Meta confirmed his country's readiness to bolster
cooperation with Bosnia in all areas, including a co-ordinated
approach to European associations.
During his stay in Sarajevo, Meta also held talks with High
Representative Paddy Ashdown on preparations for an EU summit in
Salonika in June and on the regional fight against organised crime,
smuggling and corruption.
