ZAGREB, April 10 (Hina) - The Croatian Pure Party of Rights (HCSP) believes that it is time for elections and the replacement of the incumbent government which this non-parliamentary party considers to be "anti-Croatian, anti-social
and traitorous". It's time for national, patriotic and Christian democratic parties to come to power, the HCSP President, Luka Podrug, said at a press conference in Zagreb on Thursday.

He announced that the HCSP would be amongst the victors at the next
parliamentary elections. He added that the party's presidency
called on all similar parties for co-operation, at its last meeting
held in Gospic.
HCSP will call for the annulment of the sentence against the "Gospic
Group", that was tried at Rijeka County Court, because, as Podrug
says, the trial was a politically-motivated political process
based on false testimonies and evidence submitted by the Belgrade
military-medical academy and a declared advocate of a "Greater
Serbia", Sava Strbac.
Podrug estimated that the debate on the privatisation of the
Suncani Hvar hotel, state guarantees been issued for the "Viktor
Lenac" shipbuilding yards, and flagrant abuse of Minister Cacic's
position whose wife's company is building government subsidised
housing, just show that the current government is not protecting
the interest of the Croatian people but is anational, antisocial
and traitorous.
The party's political secretary, Ivan Gabelica objected to the
impossibility to commemorate the 10th of April and the 62nd
anniversary of the founding of the Independent State of Croatia,
which he described as the expression of the historical aspirations
of the Croatian people at the time to have its own state. The
European House cancelled the hall even though it had been booked
well in advance and the Journalists' House refused to let their
premises out for the purpose, according to Gabelica. He believes
that these bans are in fact being directed by Zagreb's Mayor Vlasta
Pavic.
