Strugar said Croatia was willing to fulfil obligations from the
Anti-Doping Convention which it had signed, and added Croatia
applied individual anti-doping campaigns until a national
programme was drafted.
A member of the group, Mesut Ozyavus, said doping and violence were
diseases in the sports tissue and Croatia should draw up a national
anti-doping policy and a special law regulating all issues
concerning the production, trafficking, selling and abuse of such
drugs.
The anti-doping monitoring group will visits the parliament,
interior ministry, Croatian Olympic Committee and the Croatian
Soccer Federation.
