Some 2,000 people are being kept in 30-day custody, which is allowed
by conditions of a state of emergency introduced in Serbia upon
Djindjic's slaying.
Batic said judicial bodies would process four to five crime gangs,
and the enquires would conducted in the Belgrade Central Prison.
According to him, war crimes cases should be processed by Serbian
courts in order to disguise "the false myth of patriotism".
