Markov's proposal envisages larger competence to be given to local
authorities in granting concessions on the maritime demesne.
Most deputies welcomed his motion but said it was impossible to
implement, partly due to the fact there was no register on the
situation in the maritime good.
A government official, Pavle Komadina, said the competent ministry
(of transport and maritime affairs) had drawn up systematic changes
of the said law, and they were currently in the procedure led by the
government.
