HVIDRA never signed an agreement on co-operation with the Ministry
which was signed by other associations organised in the Co-
ordinating body of Homeland War associations in March 2001, Pancic
said.
"Now we have given a possibility to the new leadership of HVIDRA to
accept that agreement and to voice its opinion," he said, and added
that most associations in the Co-ordinating body were not happy
with HVIDRA's behaviour and the climax were recent road blockades.
This is not imposing an ideology or belief, rules need to be
followed by all regardless of what party is currently in power,
Pancic said. He stressed that most of this primarily referred to the
HVIDRA central office.
