BANJA LUKA, April 2 (Hina) - The president of the Bosnian Serb parliament, Dragan Kalinic, told reporters in Banja Luka on Wednesday the president of the three-man Presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Mirko Sarovic, tendered his
resignation today.

Herzegovina, Mirko Sarovic, tendered his resignation today. #L#
Kalinic said the Republika Srpska parliament would hold a special
session on Thursday to discuss the current political situation in
the entity after Sarovic's resignation.
Sarovic's resignation was expected because of his responsibility
for cooperation between companies from the Bosnian Serb entity and
Iraq and a recent scandal in which the Bosnian Serb army was accused
of spying on senior international representatives in Bosnia.
