The president and the delegation, which was headed by Darija
Sinjeri, discussed the activities of this non-profit organisation
which promotes the two countries' relations. The BCBN was founded
in 1999 by the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and the British Business
Group and today gathers 160 companies and 220 members.
The BCBN is the sponsor of an exhibition of archaeological
monuments from Metkovic (ancient Narona), called "Augustenum
Narona", which is to be staged in Oxford in 2004, the statement
noted.
