The initiative's leader, Hrvoje Juric, said that the members of
this civil group would protest in front of the Embassy at Zrinjevac
from 5 to 6 pm every day until the end of the war.
He explained that protesters would remain silent, as they had been
this evening.
At the first evening of their protest, some 100 demonstrators,
mainly younger people, did not speak, but carried banners with
anti-war slogans and lit candles or put crosses on the ground in
front of the U.S. Embassy.
Traffic in nearby streets was not been interrupted during their
rally.
