ZAGREB, March 20 (Hina) - The Croatian Drama Artists Society (HDDU)
and the ITI UNESCO Croatia Centre on Thursday published Croatia's
World Theatre Day Message, which was written a famous Croatian
actor, Josip Bobi Marotti. #L#
On World Theatre Day, March 27, an international message is read out
in theatres all around the world, while in Croatian theatres
Croatia's and sometimes both Croatia's and international messages
are read out.
The Croatian message conveys a wish for the temples of Thalia to
remain full of play and continue elevating man and opening new
horizons.
The author of this year's international World Theatre Day message
is German playwright, narrator and producer Tankred Dorst. Dorst
said he believed that theatre would fill with life over and again,
as long as people felt the need to show one another what they were
and what they were not and what they should be.
