associations.

"The Croatian authorities pays lip service to the importance of
culture, but in reality, we are evidently lagging behind European
standards in culture. Some branches of art have fallen so low as
never before," Dorica Nikolic said at today's party news conference
focusing on the situation of culture in the country.
Under the disguise of expert management, group monopolies rule in
culture, and the relations between Zagreb and other Croatian
regions show catastrophic differences, the party said.
