Radio B92 said Ceca Raznatovic had close contacts with prime
suspects in Djindjic's assassination Milorad Lukovic Legija and
Dusan Spasojevic immediately before and after the assassination.
According to the radio, the two men had stopped by Raznatovic's
luxurious Belgrade home and slept there several days prior to the
assassination.
The government said in a statement the Interior Ministry also
apprehended Dragan Ninkovic aka Prevara, former policeman and
bodyguard of the second suspect Dusan Spasojevic aka Siptar who is
still at large.
The raid on the house of Arkan's widow and popular folk music star
unearthed a huge quantity of firearms, ammunition and military
gear, including night vision optical equipment, sniper telescopic
sights and gun silencers, most of it stashed away in an armoured
bunker, the Serbian government said in a statement.
Arkan, whose real name was Zeljko Raznatovic, was killed in a
Belgrade hotel in 2000 and media speculated that Legija, a close
friend of the family and first Deputy Commander of the Arkan Serbian
Volunteer Guard, became intimate with Svetlana Ceca Raznatovic
after Arkan's death.
