ZAGREB, March 17 (Hina)- The leaders of Croatia's ruling five-party coalition held a brief meeting on Monday at which they discussed the Iraqi crisis, reiterating their support for the Croatian government's stand towards the issue. #L# Premier Ivica Racan informed the party heads of his recent visit to Belgrade where he attended the funeral of Serbia's Premier Zoran Djindjic, assassinated last week. During his stay in Belgrade, Racan held talks with Serbian and other European officials, discussing Iraq and the future of Serbia's democracy. It has been reported that Racan travelled to Belgrade despite threats and warnings to the contrary. It was not possible to obtain any details about the threats and warnings, except that they came from outside the country. Coalition sources said that by travelling to Belgrade on Saturday Racan had demonstrated the government's stand that foreign statesmen should come to Belgrade to help democracy in Serbia.
