VIPNET, VODAFONE PRESENT FIRST JOINT SERVICE

ZAGREB, March 14 (Hina) - The mobile telephony operator VIPnet on Friday presented Vodafone Eurocall - the first joint service offered by VIPnet and Vodafone after the signing of a partnership agreement - and the new service VIP menu. #L# One of the leading world mobile telephony operators, Britain's Vodafone, and Mobilkom Austria Group, which also includes the Croatian company VIPnet, signed a partnership agreement on January 7. Two months later, they are presenting their first joint service - Vodafone Eurocall, which provides a unique price of roaming calls in 24 countries of the Vodafone Eurocall zone, and the service is available as of today, VIPnet marketing operations manager Alen Ranilovic told reporters. The price of a call from the Vodafone Eurocall network is 5.99 kuna per minute (not including VAT), while calls made from all other networks in Vodafone Eurocall countries cost 9.50 kuna per minute (without VAT), Ranilovic said. Activating the Vodafone Eurocall costs 100 kuna (not including VAT) and customers are given a free Super SIM card, which has larger memory and enables the activation of new services. (hina) rml sb
