ZAGREB, March 13 (Hina) - Croatian President Stjepan Mesic signed a book of condolence in the Serbia and Montenegro Embassy in Zagreb on Thursday, on the occasion of the assassination of Serbian Premier Zoran Djindjic.

Premier Djindjic died on Wednesday after he suffered an
assassination in front of the Serbian government building in
Belgrade.
The book of condolence was also signed by a dozen ambassadors
accredited in Croatia, including US Ambassador Lawrence Rossin and
British Ambassador Nicholas Jarrold.
