Ambassador Weiss applauded Croatia's application for EU
membership, and added that the coming period would be very
important for Croatia and its bids to fulfil political and other
conditions for its entry into the European Union.
The two interlocutors voiced concern over a possible war in Iraq and
its implications on Europe and negative repercussions on the
economy.
