ZAGREB, Feb 17 (Hina) - The Japanese government has donated 24,398 euros to the primary school in Obrovac and 21,876 euros to the primary school in Donji Lapac, the Japanese Embassy in Zagreb said on Monday.

Last week Japan's government donated 52,107 euros to the primary
school in Dragalici, a kindergarten in Dvor, and the hospital in
Hrvatska Kostajnica.
The funds were donated as part of a programme whereby the Japanese
government is helping non-governmental organisations, schools,
bodies of local self-government, and public institutions
realise their development programmes and meet their needs in terms
of renovation and equipment.
