The HRC Council decided that the centre for tests, development and
training would be separated from the HCR and operate as an
independent body.
The new centre will be in charge of gathering experts. The plan is to
offer the centre's knowledge and experience to interested parties
in the world.
More than 300 million kuna came from the state budget and donations
last year with which around 70 million square ministers were
cleared of mined.
Around 1,700 square kilometres in Croatia are considered
suspicious territory and it is assumed that around 10 percent of the
territory is really planted with mines.
