ZAGREB, Feb 3 (Hina) - Continuing the process of the adoption of Council of Europe international-legal instruments, Croatian ambassador to that organisation Neven Madey on Monday presented secretary-general Walter Schwimmer with two
ratified protocols - Protocol 12 and Protocol 13 to the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, one of the most significant legal instruments of the Council of Europe, the Croatian Foreign Ministry reported.
