the diagnosis of Croatian doctors and established that retired Croatian General Janko Bobetko is unfit to stand trial before the U.N. war crimes tribunal (ICTY) in The Hague, Croatia's daily Vjesnik reports in its Saturday's issue, citing sources in The Hague and Croatian government. General Bobetko's condition makes it impossible for him to answer to charges in the indictment issued against him by the tribunal for war crimes committed during the Medak Pocket operation in 1993, and even less possible for him to endure the trial, says the daily.
