ZAGREB, Jan 29 (Hina) - Slovenia's Kompas tourist company, who was one of the bidders for the purchase of Croatia's Suncani Hvar, said on Wednesday that its offer was more favourable than the one submitted by Terme Catez, also from
Slovenia. Kompas says is it unusual and unacceptable that only one investor was invited for another interview and enabled to change and improve the offer which has already been accepted.
ZAGREB, Jan 29 (Hina) - Slovenia's Kompas tourist company, who was
one of the bidders for the purchase of Croatia's Suncani Hvar, said
on Wednesday that its offer was more favourable than the one
submitted by Terme Catez, also from Slovenia. Kompas says is it
unusual and unacceptable that only one investor was invited for
another interview and enabled to change and improve the offer which
has already been accepted.#L#
The president of the Kompas Management Board, Janez Pergar,
released a statement today in which he included all of the elements
of the Kompas offer for the purchase of the hotel chain on the
southern Croatian Island of Hvar. Perger also said that as far as
Kompas was concerned, there would be no further discussion about
Suncani Hvar.
