Thursday presented two bills which call for the direct election of
municipal chiefs, mayors and county prefects. #L#
The party also proposed that the institute of incompatibility of
various functions should be expanded, for example, that one person
cannot at the same time be a member of a representative body in a
particular unit, an MP in the Sabor, and a member of the authorities
if that or another unit.
