The fund represents another 644 persons from Croatia and Bosnia who
are seeking compensation from Serbia for the violation of their
honour, freedom and individual rights, as well as the families of 64
refugees who were killed after they were illegally mobilised and
sent to war in eastern Slavonia.
Serbian courts have already ruled in favour of those forcefully
mobilised in several cases.
