SKOPJE, Jan 16 (Hina) - The European Union is ready to take over the NATO mission in Macedonia and head of state Boris Trajkovski and Prime Minister Branko Crvenosvki agree, EU's High Representative for foreign affairs Javier Solana
said after his visit to Skopje on Wednesday.

Solana said that European forces in Macedonia could take over the
Mission in March and technical part of the mission would be defined
in the meantime, namely NATO forces would remain in a part of
command and advising structures.
The EU official expressed satisfaction with the successful
implementation of the Ohrid document.
