Nezavisne novine newspaper said on Monday. #L#
Citing unnamed Catholic Church dignitaries, the daily says John
Paul II will stop in Banja Luka for several hours. In line with
procedure, the mass at which Merc will be beatified should be held
in the open, most likely in the central town square or a stadium.
Nezavisne novine also says that the programme of the Holy Father's
visit to Banja Luka does not envisage a meeting with Bosnian Serb
officials, which the newspaper says depends on the authorities'
willingness to show hospitality and openness.
