SARAJEVO, Dec 22 (Hina) - The Chairman of Bosnia-Herzegovina's Council of Ministers, Adnan Terzic, said on Wednesday that his government was not in crisis and that he would convene a session for December 28 regardless of the already submitted or announced resignations of Serb ministers.

"I want to see who will respond," Terzic told reporters in Sarajevo.

Earlier on Wednesday, the lower chamber of the Parliament demanded a report from Terzic on the situation in the country and possible problems in implementing the expected reforms following the resignation of Serb ministers in protest at sanctions imposed on the Bosnian Serbs over their failure to cooperate with the Hague war crimes tribunal.

At Terzic's insistence, a parliamentary debate on the issue was delayed for December 29.

Foreign Minister Mladen Ivanic is the only Serb minister who has formally resigned. Transport and Communications Minister Branko Dokic has said he has done the same, but Terzic could not confirm this on Wednesday.

Justice Minister Slobodan Kovac has said he will resign only if all the Serb ministers do the same, while Defence Minister Nikola Radovanovic has said he will "behave responsibly" and will not comment on decisions by international peace envoy Paddy Ashdown.
