The attackers - two 16-year-olds and one 17-year-old boy -- have been taken before an investigating judge of the Zagreb County Court on suspicion that they committed criminal offences of assault and discrimination against the two Chinese people, the police said on Thursday. The Chinese sustained light injuries in the attack, which happened at about 17:30 hrs on 20 November.
In the first ten months this year, the police recorded 36 assaults on foreigners in Zagreb and the same number of attacks was registered in the entire 2003.
