VUKOVAR, Dec 10 (Hina) - The County Court in the eastern city of
Vukovar on Friday passed rulings in the retrial of ten local Serbs who were
accused of war crimes against civilians in the town of Babska, easternmost
Croatia, from 1992 to 1995.Under the ruling, Rajko Milosevic was sentenced to four and a half years
in jail and Zlatan Kulic and Drago Vuckovic to three years in jail. The other
seven indictees -- Nikola Teodorovic, Miodrag Simeunovic, Ranko Sljubara,
Mihajlo Mijatovic, Goran Mijatovic and Radojko Radmilovic -- were given
sentences of three years' imprisonment.
All were tried in absentia. The ruling can be appealed.
