ZAGREB, Dec 6 (Hina) - In late November there were 312,786 joblesspersons registered at the Croatian Employment Bureau (HZZ), which wasa rise of 1.7 percent (5,278 persons) in comparison to late October,and a fall of 1.3 percent in
