According to the government, which held a session on Tuesday afternoon to consider the proposed amendments, the budget will remain within the earlier defined frameworks, namely some 91 billion kuna.
The government, which today refused all the amendments proposed by MPs, will suggest to the parliament to do the same and turn down all 325 amendments proposed by deputies to the Sabor, Finance Minsiter Ivan Suker said after the session.
If the Sabor adopts the budget tomorrow, it will set a precedent as the budget has never been adopted so early, namely in November.
