The Office of the High Representative and the European Commission Delegation in Bosnia previously objected to the introduction of three national television channels, claiming that would incite new nationally-motivated rifts in the country.
Bosnia is a small country and three public TV channels would be too much, Cliff said on the Mostar-based Herzegovacka Television.
He advocated balancing the use of the three languages (Bosnian, Croatian, and Serb) on the recently launched Television BiH, and said the use of Croatian and Bosnian on Republika Srpska Television would increase in the future.
