On the first day of his stay in Croatia, the Bulgarian president will meet his host, President Mesic, Parliament President Vladimir Seks, Prime Minister Ivo Sanader and Zagreb Mayor Vlasta Pavic, the statement said.
On 29 October, the Bulgarian delegation will visit the southern Adriatic city of Dubrovnik.
Croatia and Bulgaria have no outstanding issues. The two countries have signed 23 agreements, including an agreement on cooperation in European integration processes. Bulgaria was the partner country at last year's Zagreb International Autumn Fair.
This is Parvanov's second visit to Croatia. He first visited Croatia in July 2002, while Mesic visited Bulgaria in July 2003.
