The two sides agreed that efforts should be made to accelerate, in cooperation with the Croatian Power Industry (HEP), the renewal of the power supply network in formerly war-struck areas, as well as to integrate all villages in the power supply system.
They also agreed that the repossession of facilities occupied by temporary users was proceeding as planned and that the remaining 1,070 facilities should be returned to their owners in the next few months.
Concrete problems on the ground, such as damaged facilities used by temporary occupants, will be solved through reconstruction and budgetary funds have been set aside for that purpose.
PM Sanader expressed satisfaction with the active participation of SDSS deputies in the process of reconstruction and return, the statement said.
