The notices were published in Friday's issue of Croatian dailies -- Vjesnik and Slobodna Dalmacija -- and in the Financial Times.
Tenders are being invited for granting one licence for the use of frequences in the second generation DCS-1800 and one licence for the use of frequences in the third generation UMTS, and also for granting one licence for the use of frequences in the combined second generation DCS-1800 and third generation UMTS mobile telecommunications network in the country.
Requests for the purchase of tender documentation can be submitted until 28 October.
Applications will be accepted up to noon 3 December.
The concession for the second generation (GSM/DCS-1800) will be awarded for a period of ten years, and concessions for the third generation (UMTS) and the combined (GSM/UMTS) will be awarded for a period of 20 years.
