PRISTINA, Oct 17 (Hina) - The name of the Kosovo Serb coalition called'Serb List for Kosovo and Metohija" will be added to lists of partiesfor which voters can vote at the 23 October parliamentary elections inKosovo, as this coalition
has submitted all necessary documents forits participation in the polls, the Mission of the Organisation forSecurity and Cooperation (OSCE) in Pristina reported on Saturdayevening.
PRISTINA, Oct 17 (Hina) - The name of the Kosovo Serb coalition
called 'Serb List for Kosovo and Metohija" will be added to lists of parties
for which voters can vote at the 23 October parliamentary elections in Kosovo,
as this coalition has submitted all necessary documents for its participation
in the polls, the Mission of the Organisation for Security and Cooperation
(OSCE) in Pristina reported on Saturday evening.The coalition is added as the 33rd political subject taking part in the
elections, in line with the decision of the UN Civil Administrator Soren
Jessen-Petersen who on 5 October allowed this coalition to apply for the
elections after the time term for applications expired.
Over 1.6 million ballots will be printed in the Kosovo police station in
the town of Vucitrn over the next few days.
The entire process of preparations for the forthcoming polls is being
monitored by Council of Europe representatives and relevant election
commissions.
