"The times when relations between Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia were discussed in the context of disintegration of the former federation are behind us. We are now moving from Dayton to Brussels and that process should be adjusted to relations between the two states," Terzic said in an interview with Sarajevo's Dnevni Avaz daily of Sunday.
A lot has changed in the two countries in recent years, which makes the role of the Cooperation Council, established after the signing of the Dayton peace agreement, unnecessary, Terzic said.
The strengthening of state authority in Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia's decision to give up on special parallel ties with the Croat-Muslim federation are among the most important elements requiring new forms of cooperation, Terzic said.
"Outstanding issues should therefore be settled at the level of ministries and governments," the Bosnian prime minister said.
