The meeting, hosted by the Zagreb Stock Exchange as a founding member of the Federation, is expected to draw a large number of business people and representatives of leading international financial organisations.
The convention and an accompanying conference on information technology will take place in Zagreb and the northern Adriatic resort town of Novigrad. The event closes on Saturday.
The FEAS consists of stock exchanges from 25 countries from Europe and Asia, including Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia and Turkey.
Stock exchanges from Abu Dabi, Belgrade, Sarajevo and Banja Luka are expected to be admitted as new members at this convention.
