Croatia before the war and were sackedin the early 1990s.
SARAJEVO, Sept 14 (Hina) - The President of the Bosnia-Herzegovina
Presidency, Sulejman Tihic, said on Tuesday the authorities in Bosnia would
request of the Croatian government to solve the status of Bosnian citizens who
worked in Croatia before the war and were sacked in the early 1990s.Tihic discussed the issue with representatives of the Ugor association
which pooled some 6,000 Bosnian citizens who had worked in Croatia but did not
manage to exercise their social and pension rights after after being laid
off.
Tihic said the Bosnian government would initiate the solving of this
issue at talks with Croatian officials.
