The minister said that there were fewer and fewer differences in the functioning of the Hague war crimes tribunal and the Croatian judiciary.
"I believe that the trial chamber of the Hague tribunal will decide to transfer the joined Ademi-Norac case to a Croatian court," Skare-Ozbolt told reporters during her visit to Vukovar.
She said that additional funds would be allocated in the next budget year for the construction of a court building in Vukovar. The overall cost of works is estimated at 34 million kuna, or approximately 4.6 million euros.
