ZAGREB, July 3 (Hina) - President Stjepan Mesic on Saturday opened the38th tamburitza folk music festival of the youth of the CroatianFraternal Union of America and Canada at Zagreb's Vatroslav Lisinskiconcert hall. The 110th anniversary of the Croatian FraternalUnion (HBZ) from America, the largest and most influentialorganisation of the Croatian emigrant community, was celebrated in theVatroslav Lisinski concert hall in Zagreb on Friday evening. Croatian Parliament President Vladimir Seks hassent a letter to the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the USCongress, Dennis Hastert, and Senate Speaker Ted Stevens, extendinghis best wishes for US Independence Day, the Parliament's PublicRelations Office said in a statement on Saturday. Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia,Macedonia, and Serbia and Montenegro have signed a memorandum ofunderstanding to establish a regional forum, the Migration, Asylum andRefugee Return Init
